Our Partnership
PYXERA Global is a non-profit organization that serves as a facilitator between private, public, and social sectors. They requested our help on understanding why some of their programs are more successful than others and how they can replicate this success. As a case study we looked into the Joint Initiative for Village Advancement (JIVA): a community development program in rural India. I focused on the development of Seeds for Success: a collection of sixteen factors that were shown by our research to lead to success.
