Currently, I am a service designer within IBM Consulting; prior to this role, I was a designer researcher on IBM POWER Systems Virtual Server on IBM Cloud.
I thrive on solving tough puzzles: from internal consulting processes, virtual servers, and GRE tunneling, to perfecting a homemade loaf of bread, quilting, mosaics, or attempting to understand the United State’s healthcare system.
I believe design is a tool that can make the world a bit more equitable, if we are willing to listen, collaborate, and sometimes… ignore our users! (Okay not really, but sort of. Message me on LinkedIn if you like clickbaits and want to discuss further).
